LP of Breakstone Productions is a hip hop sensation to be reckoned with. Born Leonard Philip Aquino on May 9, 1987, LP is a native of Olongapo City in the Philippines. This aspiring artist has been a performer since a very young age when he would sing for family and friends at gatherings. At the age of 14, LP's family migrated to the United States landing him in California's northwestern Bay Area to the city of Vallejo.

Always a fan of ballads, R&B, and alternative rap, LP was inspired by various artists in the likes of 2pac, Jay Z, KC & Jojo, Outkast and many more. His ability to memorize verses and recite them with ease and finesse came during his hip hop crossover at the age of 13. LP would perform various shows in many locations for friends alike. He developed a large social circle in high school who shared his common interest and love for making music. One of his friends was an apprentice producer and offered to record him to practice his engineering skills which lead LP into his very first recording session. LP recalls the priceless feeling of stepping into a dim booth for the first time. It was at that point he knew music would be more than just a hobby, it was a passion.

LP is perceived as a lady pleaser as he does it for the ladies. Most of his music revolves around women and how he feels about them. Suave and calm as his sound , LP is also very easy on the eyes. Always a gentleman in appearance as well as in personality, his delivery is ultimately smooth. Currently focusing on recording his first album, he is also performing many shows throughout California with his label mates Dutch, and Ant Chedda of Breakstone Productions. They tap out radio shows as well as shut down club scenes with nothing but original sounding club hits. LP aims to take over the mainstream game and be held as one of the best in his genre. Backed by a strong label, and the love of his city, the possibilities are endless.
